POOL OWNERSHIP GUIDE
01 What is included with my pool?
Every pool package includes an electric air pump, a manual backup pump and a repair kit. These essentials are included as standard, so they do not need to be purchased separately.
02 Does the pool require permanent installation?
No permanent in-ground construction or visible metal frame is required. RillPools uses a portable, frame-free drop-stitch system that can be set up above ground on a properly prepared surface.
03 How is the pool inflated?
Use the included electric air pump for convenient inflation. The included manual pump provides a dependable backup when electricity is not nearby. Always follow the pressure instructions supplied with your pool and never exceed the stated limit.
04 What surface should I place it on?
Choose a firm, clean and completely level surface with adequate clearance around the pool. Remove stones, branches and sharp objects before setup, and do not place the pool on sloped or unstable ground.
05 How do I choose the right size?
Diameter determines the amount of open-water space, while wall height affects access and usable water depth. Use the side-by-side size guide above to compare two models and view each pool beside a 1.70 m adult reference.
06 Can the pool be stored away?
Yes. Before storage, completely drain, clean and dry the pool. Deflate and fold it according to the supplied instructions, then keep it in a dry location away from sharp objects and extreme heat.
07 Are the pool cover and ladder included?
The pool cover and ladder are optional upgrades and are not part of the standard package. Available accessories will be clearly shown with the corresponding pool model.
